In this playful heart-centered retreat with Flora Bowley and Catherine Just, we will explore a whole new way of painting and photography from a space of freedom, non-judgment and experimentation. This process is about loosening up, letting go of expectations, trusting yourself, having fun and allowing your art to unfold naturally. The emphasis is on finding your own true voice and allowing your personal expression to bloom and grow with flow and ease. Create from a more authentic place, expand your awareness, and transform your life.

Creative Unfolding
For 4 nights and 3 full days we combine spiritual practice with photography and painting for more mindful self-expression. Through a deeper understanding of ourselves we find our way back to the essence of who we are with clarity and lack of judgment. There will be exercises to move you more toward gratitude, opportunities to focus on your physical well being (because it feels good to feel good!) and connection with like-minded women where you can discuss and share your experiences in a safe supportive environment. Mix all that with rest and rejuvenation and you’ve got the ingredients for a more Brave • Soul*Full • Intuitive You!
Trusting Your Intuition
This is a process-based retreat that will empower you with a toolbox of new techniques as well as a new perspective to approach your work. This is a very playful, supported, and forgiving experience and no prior painting, photography or background in spirituality is necessary. All you need is an open mind. Trust – you are an artist already. So what are you waiting for?!!

I am interested in pricing, plus I was wondering how handicap-accessiblle the site is, since I know Monterey is kind of rocky. Are there a lot of stairs, etc.? Wheelchair access?
