If you're interested in participating in a spiritual journey but only have a long weekend available, this event is for you. Granted, we’re not going to a sacred site, but we are going to challenge what you believe about yourself and what is possible for you in this lifetime.

We'll be spending an intensive weekend at Banning Mills, Georgia, where we will have the opportunity to participate in a challenge and ropes course. In addition, we will be exploring some activities you may not have experienced before, like horseback riding or skeet shooting.

If right now you are feeling a bit of resistance to these activities, or feel like you have any fear around them, perfect! The idea of this journey is to challenge your mind and transcend the things that it’s telling you about what you like, dislike, or cannot do. Only by moving past the limitations of the mind can we live our lives from our hearts and spirits.

Some of the questions we will be exploring this weekend will be:

• Whether your lack of trust in others is holding you back in your life?
• Do you believe you are better than or more capable than everyone else or the just the opposite?
• Do you think you cannot face a physical outdoor challenge?
• Is a fear of heights holding you back from enjoying different activities in life?
• Could your self-esteem use a boost?

On this journey there will be solitary time to relax and for hiking, journaling, meditating in nature, or for enjoying the spa services available at this beautiful facility. In the evenings, we will come together as a group and discuss our day as well as the challenges facing us in our lives and the beliefs holding us back from our happiness and peace. If you are ready to challenge some of your beliefs and change your life, we can’t wait for you to join us on this journey.

Day 1: (/d) Today we arrive at Atlanta airport and transfer to our van for the drive to Banning Mills. We have a lovely dinner together and relax before our busy and exciting weekend! Historic Banning Mills is a wonderful resort and spa outside of Atlanta and rests among 700 beautifully wooded acres overlooking the Snake Creek Gorge in Whitesburg.

Day 2-4: (b/l/d) For three days we will be challenging ourselves in new and different directions. Hiking, skeet shooting, basketball, volleyball, swimming, horseback riding, and our ropes course will be some of the activites we will be exploring. We'll have time to share our discoveries during the workshop hours of this weekend.

In addition to our group activities, consider a peaceful hike along Snake Creek, exploring the ruins of the old paper mill and actual water raceways. Trails range from mild to moderately strenuous. Kayaking and fly-fishing on Snake Creek are also available at an extra charge if you are interested.

Please don't leave without having at least one of the relaxing spa treatments. Banning Mills has a full service spa that offers massages, facials, couples massages, loofah rubs, and reflexology treatments...and that is just the beginning.

Day 5: (b/) Time to leave our wonderful hosts and beautiful country environment. We certainly have plenty of stories to share, and lots of self-esteem and confidence to take home with us. New friends and heart-felt connections have been made to last a lifetime.

This schedule is tentative! Unseen obstacles may cause us to make changes in the schedule or to participate in different activites. We understand that if this happens we were not meant to be where we were going!

All meals are included in this program as a set menu. These are noted next to each day and are in parentheses. If you desire something extra you are welcome to purchase these items. All spiritual teachings are included. Other non-included items would be souvenir shopping and extra activites (like horseback riding or shooting outside of what is included in the itinerary). All tips for the drivers, guides, maids and bell boys are included. Ground transportation is included on this journey from the Atlanta airport. Your roundtrip air flight is not included in the cost of the journey.

The actual schedule of spiritual teachings and what we will be doing day to day is not published. This is because we teach by channeling spirit which comes in the moment. Every day will be a magical experience for all of us, teachers included! Keep you heart and mind open to the experience life brings us.

Any cancellation made in writing from: To be announced to To be announced will result in a cancellation fee of $200.00. Any cancellation made after: To be announced up to the date of departure will result in total loss of deposit. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended to cover such issues. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum.
