If you are a woman in the process of making changes in her life and want to take the time to deeply explore the issues surrounding your circumstances, this is a journey you cannot miss. We've designed this journey to afford nine women the opportunity to explore what is keeping them from creating the most incredible dream and living their perfect life. In this remote natural reserve in the magical Sea of Cortez, uninhabited by other humans, we are given the glorious opportunity to see ourselves clearly, free from the distractions of our daily lives.

Our time together will evolve as spirit moves us. We'll have the pleasure of snorkeling, playing, sea kayaking, journaling, dancing, swimming, meditating, laughing and hiking. Through sharing with one another, fire ceremonies, and time spent reflecting, we will uncover aspects of ourselves that we were never aware of. Scuba diving, water skiing, and deep sea fishing are also available for any Goddesses so interested. Sea Lions, manta rays and pods of dolphins will keep us company in these clear turquoise waters!


It’s our intent that every woman who participates in this journey returns home with clarity, peace of mind, confidence, self-esteem and inner joy. It’s our intent that you find your serenity and centeredness so you can see what are the truths and what are the lies in your life. Then when you return home you can take action without fear and proceed forward with happiness, confidence and inner strength. If you are ready to change your life, we are waiting for you. As is typical for a Journeys of the Spirit retreat, you will experience class time daily, time for sharing with the group, reflection and meditation time, and one-on-one personal time with your group leader (along with fun and shopping time too of course!). It is our intent that you return home with an open heart and mind along with the tools you need to make the changes in your life you desire.

Day 1-(/) June 23rd LOS ANGELES AIRPORT - Today we all meet at the Los Angeles airport for our flight to La Paz, Mexico in the Baja. When we arrive in La Paz we will transfer to our Bed & Breakfast El Angel Azul, relax, chat and get a good night sleep so we are ready for our adventure tomorrow morning.

Day 2-5-(b/l/d) June 24th-27th ISLA ESPIRITU SANTO - We travel to our camp location by boat in the morning after breakfast. Then we begin four incredible days to meditate, relax, journal, share, learn, kayak, snorkel, swim, hike, explore, sit by the fire, and if that's not enough - deep sea fish, waterski, and scuba-dive! With our amazing sisters we discover many exciting things about ourselves and our magical surroundings.

Day 6-(b/l) June 28th LA PAZ - After lunch we take a beautiful boat ride back to La Paz and enjoy a free afternoon exploring this lovely town and doing some last minute shopping. We'll have a chance to dine out this evening and celebrate our time together! We will be staying at El Angel Azul B&B again for the night.

Day 7-(b/) June 29th LA PAZ AIRPORT - Early this morning, feeling restored, strong and excited (and sporting lovely tan skin), we begin our journey back home. We've made new friends and connections that will last us a lifetime.

This schedule is tentative! Due the remote areas we are traveling to, weather, bad roads and other unseen obstacles may cause us to make changes in the schedule or to visit different sites. We understand that if this happens we were not meant to be where we were going!

All our meals are included in this program except on the first day and your dinner on the last day. Included meals are marked next to the days on the itinerary above. Alcoholic beverages (like yummy cubalibres) are not included, but water and soft drinks are. Non-included drinks, souvenir shopping and services (such as scuba, deep-sea fishing, water-skiing) will need to be paid for in cash so plan accordingly. All spiritual teachings are included. All tips for the drivers and guides are included except for services that are not part of the program (like tipping the boat staff if you go fishing). All ground transportation is included on this journey. Your roundtrip air flight is not included in the cost of the journey.

We recommend you take the Aero California flight on June 23rd leaving Los Angeles at 4:10pm arriving in La Paz, Mexico at 8:10pm. From there we will overnight in La Paz and leave bright and early in the morning for the island. Coming home you would take the Aero California flight on June 29th from La Paz at 8:20am arriving in Los Angeles at 10:25am. Leave plenty of time for all connecting flights!

We will be lodged in spacious tents with double beds complete with sheets, towels, bedside tables and lamps. Bathrooms and showers are situated close to the tent. The big living room tent, with tables and comfortable chairs, acts as a dining room also. Big lounge chairs will allow pleasant reading or a relaxing time in the shade. The bar is always supplied with fresh drinks as well as cocktails like margaritas, wine, beer and a selection of hard liquor.

The multitude of fish and shell fish from the Sea of Cortéz allows us to offer you a great variety of tasty and fresh dishes. A chef well-trained in Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine will alternate between tasty pastas, and risottos, and ceviches and local dishes prepared in a simple and refined way. Tropical fruits will always be served for breakfast.

The actual schedule of spiritual teachings and what we will be doing day to day is not published. This is because we teach by channeling spirit which comes in the moment. Every day will be a magical experience for all of us, teachers included! Keep your heart and mind open to the experience life brings us.

2006 trip cost was: $1727.00. A deposit of $500.00 is preferred by: To be announced. Final payment is due: To be announced. Any cancellation made in writing from: To be announced to To be announced will result in a cancellation fee of $200.00. Any cancellation made after: To be announced up to the date of departure will result in total loss of deposit ($500.00).

Trip cancellation insurance is recommended to cover such issues. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. There will be no single tents available on this journey.
