 Sheri
Rosenthal DPM author of The Idiot's Guide to Toltec Wisdom, Banish Mind Spam: Four Steps for Deprogramming Self-Limiting and Self-Sabotaging Beliefs!
and WITH Forgiveness - Are You Ready?, is devoted to combining in a practical way, the wonderful esoteric
teachings from our many beloved spiritual teachers and traditions along with her own Toltec wisdom. Using her unique
background she transforms these teachings into clear concepts peppered with wry
humor and lots of love! She delights in bringing forth these teachings and watching
people transform before her eyes.
It is her pleasure to combine her personal work with that of other teachers
to bring you the most up to date, clear and transformative work. Bringing these
esoteric teachings forth in a way that we can incorporate them into our busy
lives is the key to this process - especially since very few of us are likely
to live in a monastery. Her process is different and exciting and you will find
it to be one of the most transformative methods yet!
Sheri's personal adventure began some ten years ago when she was going through
a challenging time in her life. She realized on some level that she had never
been truly happy in her life. After changing husbands, cities, podiatric practices
and friends, she still had no real joy in her life. On her own she had started
to look at her life with objectivity but still could not see what needed to
be changed. A leap of faith was the last resort. The practice and home were
sold and the residency program she was director of was closed. Everything she
owned went into storage or was sold.
During this time she received a copy of don Miguel's book The Four Agreements®
in her soft covered book club. She saw there was a trip to the sacred site of
Teotihuacán coming up and she figured traveling there would solve her problems - so
to speak! The journey was profound - she discovered there wasn't anything outside
of herself that needed changing at all - instead it was what she believed about
herself and her world that needed changing!
It was the first time she saw herself as a reflection of the divine and she
realized her pain stemmed from her basic lack of self love and a whole lot of
limiting beliefs. She made a commitment to herself to travel this beautiful
spiritual path called life and to accept whatever the universe made available
to her. The most important thing that Sheri has learned on her journey is that
everyone has the same opportunity for transformation; it just takes discipline,
will, courage, persistence and a whole lot of self love!
As a result, Sheri is a Master Toltec Teacher trained by don Miguel Ruiz, the author of The Four Agreements®. She was a Podiatrist for 16 years in her pre-Toltec days and the director of a surgical residency program. From 2000 to 2002 she acted as Executive Director of Sixth Sun Foundation, a Toltec non-profit corporation. There Sheri had the opportunity and privilege to design and run don Miguel Ruiz's spiritual journeys, and co-teach with him at his workshops. In 2002 she created Journeys of the Spirit® to assist others on their spiritual quests.
Over the past years Sheri has had many profound and incredible experiences
that have ripped the structure of her life apart and changed the way she sees
this reality. It is her goal to share the possibilities of that reality and
the light of the divine to all those she meets. Participating in the active
creation of the dream of heaven on earth is her idea of personal freedom!
I would like to introduce Shawne Mitchell who joined Sheri at Journeys of the Spirit® in 2008. Shawne is the founder of Soul Style (www.SoulStyle.com) which empowers people to conscious living along with aligning their lifestyle with their soul. This intensely creative and intuitive process, combined with over 25 years of meditation, the study of self-actualization, spiritual psychology and numerous spiritual wisdom traditions, has evolved into a consulting business, books, workshops, life coaching and speaking engagements.
Shawne is the author of Exploring Feng Shui, Ancient Secrets and Modern Insights; Simple Feng Shui; and Creating Home Sanctuaries with Feng Shui. She is a leading feng shui guru and also the former Home Sanctuary Editor for Healing Retreats and Spas magazine. She has been a featured speaker for numerous organizations spanning both the corporate world (Ryland Group) and world of self-actualization (the International Feng Shui conference) and written for numerous publications. Shawne was also a leading Realtor in the beautiful enclaves of Montecito and Santa Barbara, California where she raised her two sons and still resides.
Shawne is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Consciousness Studies. Her past university education includes a year in a master’s course in Spiritual Psychology and a BA in Communications. Wanderlust has rounded out her formal studies – she has lived in Brazil, been on camping safari in Africa, ridden dirt bikes through Costa Rica, sailed in Tonga, scuba diving in Roatan, taken a long road-trip through Baja, Mexico and Guatemala - and has been on an adventure race in Madagascar!
In 1993, Shawne went to Madagascar on a fascinating adventure. She was invited as a writer and journalist to follow the Raid Gauloise, a world famous French adventure-endurance race (which inspired the television show Survivor). When she returned to Santa Barbara after almost 3 weeks of sustaining herself in the challening wilds of Madagascar, her friends would say, “Shawne, you have such an adventurous spirit.” To this she replied, “Thank you, but the experience was just as much about an adventure of my spirit, as it was about my spirit of adventure.” And, thus, she coined “Adventures of the Spirit” as her moniker.
When Shawne and her Adventures of the Spirit met Sheri and her company, Journeys of the Spirit®, it was kismet – they both share an enormous passion for experiencing not only the external journey of life, but also the inner journey of the spirit. And so they decided to join forces! With Sheri and Journeys of the Spirit®, Shawne will be combining her love of helping others to explore and reconnect to their divinity, raise their self awareness, and discover their Soul Style, along with travel experiences designed to combine a love of travel, the transformative and healing powers of sacred sites. Catherine Just
is an award winning, published photographer gracing the cover of National Geographic and inside the highly recognized magazines Inside Weddings and Photo District News. She was voted one of the best wedding photographers in the country by winning 'Top Knots', a photography competition sponsored by Photo District News in 2005 and again in 2006. When she’s not photographing a wedding Catherine leads photography retreats and journeys to gorgeous sites all over the world. Graduating from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 1992, her fine art photography has been shown in galleries around the country.
In addition, Catherine has had the opportunity to study and train with don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements. As a result, she has a unique way of combining photography with spirituality, and the ability to use the viewfinder to see not only the reality around us, but most importantly, the reality inside us. Lee McCormick
is the founder and co-owner of The Ranch Recovery Center in Tennessee, where a holistic and spiritual approach to addiction is the focus. Lee founded Spirit Recovery, Inc., which produces Recovery Conferences, Sacred Journeys, workshops and other recovery and personal growth experiences. He is the author of Spirit Recovery Meditation Journal and was a contributor to Chicken Soup for the Recovering Soul.
As executive producer of Dreaming Heaven, a documentary on spiritual awakening and experience, Lee became a partner in Enlightened Entertainment Production Company, a film and music creative endeavor. He is a partner and co-creator of the Dreaming House in Teotihuacán, Mexico, a group retreat center at the foot of the pyramids. A talented songwriter and singer, Lee has owned and operated the Piney River Cattle Company for the past 20 years. His pursuits also include being a certified chemical dependency counselor, spiritual teacher, and Toltec Guide trained in the tradition of the Eagle Knight lineage of don Miguel Ruiz.

Ken Eagle DC
After being introduced to the Toltec path at the young age of 17, Dr. Ken Eagle began studying The Four Agreements® by Toltec Master don Miguel Ruiz, author of NY Times best-selling book, and attending workshops and seminars by him.
In 2003, Ken became an apprentice of Dr. Sheri Rosenthal, Toltec Mentor and author of The Complete Idiots Guide to Toltec Wisdom. In addition to his unique style of holistic body work as a practicing Chiropractor for the past 12 years, Dr. Eagle is excited and honored to share the practical and life changing wisdom of The Four Agreements® and the Toltec path.
From experiences and challenges faced as a single father, Ken is especially interested in the raising of spiritually aware children and in the complex healing of the male spirit as he relates to the world around him. After his marriage ended in 1997 and custody of his then 2 year old daughter, Dr. Eagle began to navigate the seemingly complicated waters of both single parenthood and romantic relationships. With little awareness and repeated experiences of frustration and unhappiness he developed a deep desire to take inventory of his life, his beliefs and his choices.
Through the Toltec path he has transformed those negative core beliefs and is now in a unique position to guide others who are interested in either finding or creating loving relationships with a significant other as well as those who want to share with their children the wondrous wisdom of a spiritual path and integrate that path with the practicality and grounding necessary in our current society.

Millie Munoz
After many years of self-rejection and shame, Millie reached what she believed was the end with no other option other than to end her life. Little did she know that this would be the beginning of her journey in discovering a life of love, peace and joy. She was introduced to The Four Agreements® by don Miguel Ruiz and began mentoring with Dr. Sheri Rosenthal, author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Toltec Wisdom.
She has spent over 5 years breaking the beliefs that were holding her prisoner to pain and began experiencing acceptance and unconditional love. Growing up with physical challenges herself, Millie loves the opportunity to share with others in looking beyond any perceived limitations to see their true beauty and ultimate expression. She also enjoys sharing in Spanish (she is our Spanish speaking expert!) and looking at all the beliefs that might have be holding you back from experiencing your personal freedom.

Brandt Morgan
A Toltec mentor trained by don Miguel Ruiz, Brandt Morgan combines the teachings of three ancient and powerful traditions: Toltec, Native American, and the wisdom of the heart. In addition to being a certified firewalking instructor, Brandt has written four books with Tom Brown, Jr. (The Tracker) on wilderness survival and nature awareness skills (Tom Brown's Field Guides). He is also the creator of VISION WALK, a remarkable new meditation process that makes it possible to answer any question or solve any problem in less than 30 minutes. Susyn Reeve, M.Ed is the co-creator, with Dr. Sheri Rosenthal, of WITH Forgiveness - Are You Ready?, an international multimedia project and book designed to illuminate the path and provide the tools to embody compassion and unconditional love for all beings in service of peace. Her award winning first book, Choose Peace & Happiness was her response to the events of 9/11. During 2005 – 2006 she traveled the world, from New Zealand to New York reading her second book, The Gift of the Acorn, an inspiring parable of the mighty expression of Love alive within every human. Her story, An Umbrella to Remember, is included in Marlo Thomas’ NY Times Bestseller, The Right Words at the Right Time, vol. 2. She has apprenticed with don Miguel Ruiz, best selling author of The Four Agreements and studied with Joseph Campbell, Jean Houston and Robert Fritz. As an Interfaith Minister and teacher she draws upon the spiritual foundations of the world religious as well as those of the of Toltec, Native American and Maori cultures.

Shanti They say that Change is the one constant we can count on. And so it is with Shanti Priestess of Gentle Power. Everything in my life has contributed to my awakened self. From my boomer roots in NY to my degrees in psychology, counseling and social work and my ever expanding journey of spiritual exploration and opening including apprenticing with don Miguel Ruiz.
As a facilitator and consultant, I create a safe and loving environment for group interaction and growth. Deidre Bainbridge enjoys
guiding spiritual seekers to their happiness using the Toltec Masteries
in combination with other esoteric teachings. She has been personally
apprenticed to don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements,
for over six years. Under his personal guidance she has attained mastery
in the Art of Dreaming, Stalking and Intent. Prior to fully embracing
the Toltec Tradition she studied with numerous other notable spiritual
teachers.
A lawyer by profession, she has also worked in the field
of adventure travel for 19 years. In 1986-1987 she lived and worked in
the Chitwan Jungle in Nepal. At Tiger Tops she assisted travelers in their
quest to view Rhinos and Tigers on Elephant back. In the early 90's she
led treks in Nepal for Geographic Expeditions. In 1995 she formed her
own company, Hathor Rising; dedicated to facilitating group tours to sacred
sites throughout the world. She has organized group tours to Egypt, Central
America, France and Greece for many well known authors and teachers.
Deidre utilizes the powerful energy of sacred places
to create within you a vortex of light which accelerates your personal
transformation and the healing of the emotional body. The result after

Mark Bonta
Mark is a certified holistic health practitioner, master massage therapist, and yoga instructor. A Nagual directly trained by don Miguel Ruiz, Mark expresses his love of creation through Tribal Jewelry making, poetry, native flute playing, and guiding individuals on the path to freedom. Mark has devoted his life to the sharing the wisdom of many esoteric teachings. Combining yoga, bodywork, and Dreaming in the Toltec tradition, he expresses the intensity that the truth of life has to offer.
