WHAT’S NEW? Decreasing Stress at the Holidays With Essential Oils!
Did you actually know that you can decrease stress with essential oils?? Stress, frustration and overwhelm are things that can ruin a person’s day faster than anything! Can you relate (especially during holiday season!)?
But really, when I think about the kind of stress that I used to deal with on a daily basis when working as a doctor running a surgical residency program at my hospital, that was really over the top! So when I learned that Vanderbilt Medical Center is now diffusing essential oils in their emergency room, I was intrigued.
In fact, I learned that by using certain essential oils in their ER, Vanderbilt was able to reduce stress levels by 60-70%!! Wow!
So now I have diffuser in my home office that I run all day and not only do I love it – but I can notice the difference in my mood and level of peace. Plus my work space smells yummy! Seriously.
If you’d like to decrease stress with essential oils in your work life and at home, you’re going to want to join me for this fun webinar!

I really enjoyed listening to this Ted Talk by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and I wanted to share it with you. I hope you enjoy it too.
During his spiritual journey that began more than 25 years ago, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev observed that people leaving a restaurant after a hearty meal looked happier than those coming out of a temple! “Clearly, dosa was winning over divinity,” he recalls in this TED India talk, peppered with good humor and wit.
After a deep spiritual experience that he describes as “one majestic chaos, but utterly beautiful,” Sadhguru developed methods for people to experience inclusiveness. It is this feeling of inclusiveness that has the power for positive change.
Let me know what you think!
