Sedona Trip Costs

The retreat package options at Briar Path Inn are:
For a private single room (Swallow or Sparrow): $ 2360.00 USD
For a semi-private single room (Heron): 2050.00 USD
For a double occupancy room (Heron): $1660.00 USD
For a private room king dbl occ (BlueJay): $ 1915.00 USD
For a semi-private single room (Ponderosa): $1885.00 USD
For a a double occupancy room (Ponderosa): $1575.00 USD

Our inn has several types of cottages – all lovely!
Swallow and Sparrow are both private cabins that have one queen bed, Franklin fireplace, sitting area, small refrigerator, and a writing desk.
Heron is a two bedroom cottage, one room has a queen bed (semi-private single) and the other has two twin beds plus a full kitchen, living room, wood-burning fireplace, and private patio. Heron is the closest cottage to our swimming hole and paths to the creek!
BlueJay is perfect for a couple and has a king bed, a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and patio.
Ponderosa has four bedrooms (a king bed and twin in the master, queen in both the second and third bedrooms – semi-private singles, and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom). There is a large full kitchen which is open to the spacious dining area and living room, which can seat up to 20 persons. The house has two fireplaces, 2 1/2 baths, and a wrap around deck that overlooks the property with great red rock views!

A deposit of $500.00 USD with your trip registration forms is preferred by: June 15th, 2010. Final payment is due: July 15th, 2010. Any cancellation made between: June 15th, 2010 and July 15th, 2010 will result in a total loss of your $500.00 USD deposit. Any cancellation made between: July 15th, 2010 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of your $500.00 USD deposit along with any non-refundable funds made to our retreat center. Any cancellation made after the trip departs will result in total loss of trip funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to cover such issues. You can use our suggested travel insurance company online and choose from several policy options.

Please know that we are happy to create a monthly payment plan for you – but do note that you must be paid in full by the departure date. Simply email us and we can charge a specific amount monthly to your Master Card or Visa credit card. We look forward to sharing this amazing adventure with you!
