Yes, there will be a computer room on the ship and “Business Centers” in all hotels. No need for a laptop UNLESS you would like to do so!
Is there still space for one single? Also, will wifi be available at our hotels?

My partner and I want to go on this trip -we have one need to sort out though before we sign up. We both work for online universities – this requires us to have internet access a few hours several days a week – we travel frequently and usually take care of this very early in the morning or late at night – but to know that certain hotels in which we would stay would have wifi available would seal the deal.
