The 2011 trip cost is: $4995.00 USD per person double occupancy INCLUDING international flights from JFK, internal flights to Abu Simbel, plus ALL meals. If you pay by check or money order rather than credit card you will receive a $100.00 discount. Should you choose to join us in Egypt from another country or if you want to use mileage, the trip cost would be $4175.00 USD and that will include your internal flights only. If you desire a single room that would be and additional $655.00 USD.
A deposit of $500.00 is preferred by: December 1st, 2010, but we suggest placing your deposit as soon as possible so you have a spot. Final payment is due: January 1st, 2011. Any cancellation made in writing from: December 1st, 2011 to January 1st, 2011 will result in a cancellation fee of $500.00. Any cancellation made after: January 1st, 2011 up to the date of departure will result in total loss of deposit ($500.00) plus whatever non-refundable costs have been incurred to date by our operator in Egypt. Any cancellation made: after the trip departs will result in total loss of trip funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to cover such issues. You can use our suggested travel insurance company online and choose from several policy options.

If you prefer not to make payments online, please give us a ring at 727-421-0849 or Skype Sheri at “sheripod.” Checks are also welcome as long as your check has enough time to clear before the trip departure date. Money orders can be used otherwise. We look forward to sharing this amazing adventure with you!
Please know that we are happy to create a monthly payment plan for you – but do note that you must be paid in full by the departure date. Simply email us and we can charge a specific amount monthly to your Master Card or Visa credit card.
