The 2010 trip cost is: $5195.00 USD per person double occupancy. Single occupancy for the main part of the trip (except the last two nights) is $300.00 USD per person – if the space is available. The single occupancy for our last two nights in Paro at the luxury hotel ZhiwaLing is: $348.00 USD (totaling $648.00 USD for the journey).
A deposit of $700.00 USD with your trip registration forms is preferred by: September 1st, 2010. Final payment is due: October 1st, 2010. Any cancellation made in writing between: September 1st, 2010 and October 1st, 2010 will result in a cancellation fee of $700.00 USD. Any cancellation made between: October 1st, 2010 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of your $700.00 USD deposit along with any non-refundable funds made to our suppliers in Bhutan. Any cancellation made: after the trip departs will result in total loss of trip funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to cover such issues. You can use our suggested travel insurance company online and choose from several policy options.
