Honor your body at Mar de Jade!

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Mar de Jade with its graceful contours and Mediterranean style serves as a gathering place for spiritual events. The spacious layout of the property offers a sense of privacy as it blends with the natural surroundings of Chacala, Mexico complete with luscious mango and papaya trees, hammocks beneath palm trees, and the beautiful beach.

Delicious and nutritious meals are served three times a day, usually buffet style, in the breezy open-air dinning pavilion overlooking the ocean. In their daily preparations they use fresh local products: fish, sea-food, chicken, cheese – and abundant fruits and vegetables: lettuce, arugula, beans, figs, hibiscus, papaya, mango, bananas, and pineapples. The majority of vegetables and fruits come from their own Organic Farm. They make their own yogurt, granola, tofu, hummus, breads and baked goods, pastries, desserts, peanut-butter, and marmalade’s.

Mar de Jade’s kitchen staff is happy to accommodate special dietary restrictions such as allergies, vegans or vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. All of their raw foods are carefully disinfected and washed with purified water. Purified water is also provided for drinking. All food served at Mar de Jade is prepared with great care, attention and love.

To sweat is to pray, to make an offering of your innermost self. Sweat is holy water, prayer beads, pearls of liquid that release your past. Sweat is an ancient and universal form of self healing, whether done in the gym, the sauna, or the sweat lodge. I do it on the dance floor. The more you dance, the more you sweat. The facilities include 2 labyrinths, an outdoor swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The labyrinth’s design is based on the circle, the universal symbol of unity and wholeness and is a spiritual tool for growth, discernment, prayer and healing which we will use during our stay.

Natural Empaths

During our time with the dolphins you will have the opportunity to open your hearts and practice unconditional love and acceptance, for these marvelous creatures, ourselves and each other. Although they do not speak our language, dolphins are natural empaths who respond to the emotions we radiate and the judgmental thoughts or clarity of mind we possess.
